Infared Saunas - The benefits

Increasingly people are now more aware of the many health benefits achieved from regular use of an infrared sauna at home. Customers report that they are feeling much better or the changes they have seen from using their infrared sauna has improved their overall wellness, health and state. 

Our infrared saunas are designed for indoor use. Most models work from a domestic 3 pic plug.

Infrared works by heating the skin directly, it is a dry therapy, which some customers find easier to tolerate.

Control panels inside and out allow you to control the temperature, time the session, work the Bluetooth/radio/USB audio and control the LED, internal and exterior lighting.
You set the temperature and when the cabin reaches the desired temperature the emitters turn off, then when the temperature dips below the desired setting the emitters kick in again.

The Infrared saunas generally work best between 45-65 degrees. This is slightly lower than the traditional steam saunas which usually go up to a max of around 90 degrees at, but as they are a dry heat it feels hotter. It will increase your heart rate, it will get your circulation working and you will sweat.

Infrared therapy is also great for the body aches and pains, sports recovery, and skin rejuvenation. We are increasingly selling infrared models to commercial customers for therapy centres and sports recovery.

Quartz emitters have near, mid and little far infrared. And are best to relieve muscle and join pain.

Magnesium and Carbon panels are far infrared only, and are great for detox.
